Tools from Teams in the Spotlight

The tools and practices are intended to improve a team’s ability to collaborate, communicate and coordinate, in order to become a high-performing team. A team can use these tools and practices to continuously develop, to support its learning processes and to define its team fundamentals.

 

The tools and practices should, ideally, be integrated into a team’s everyday life, as a natural part of their work process. Initially, they might be introduced and practiced with the support of a team facilitator.

 

Not all of the tools and practices are meant to be applied at the same time, or in every team. It is important to apply each tool when a team needs it, and to consider where in its development the team is.
